Who this is for

You don't have to fit into a diagnosis to deserve support.

Most people come with subclinical parameters – sleep, appetite, libido, focus going down, while coping mechanisms, irritability and exhaustion go up every month. Some come with a long list of diagnosis and many tools they already tried.

Trauma-informed support begins with analysing and appreciating how your nervous system has adapted to experience. Followed by processing and then resolution and integration of how those adaptations continue to shape and restrict your everyday life.

Whether you are navigating a specific challenge or simply looking for a different way of being, our work starts with your individual experience and you share as much or little as you like.

A resonance model

Perhaps it isn't one single diagnosis. Or any diagnosis at all.

Perhaps you recognise yourself in several experiences at once. And things do not have to get worse before they are allowed to get better.

Stress shapes relationships. Relationships shape our nervous system. Our nervous system shapes perception, feeling and behaviour.

This is why lasting change rarely begins in only one area.

You may recognise yourself here

High responsibility, little recovery

You are reliable, capable and often the person others depend on. From the outside, things may appear to be going well, yet genuine rest has become surprisingly difficult. Even when there is finally time to slow down, your mind and body remain switched on.

Stress has become your normal

You keep functioning, solving problems and meeting expectations, but you increasingly notice tension, exhaustion, irritability or a constant sense of pressure. You have adapted so well that stress has started to feel normal.

You understand yourself so well, yet nothing really changes

You have reflected, read books, listened to podcasts or spent time in therapy. Intellectually, you understand your patterns. But in an emotionally charged moment, you find yourself reacting in ways you wished had already changed. Every damn time.

Relationships feel more complicated than they should

You long for closeness while also needing distance. Perhaps you struggle with boundaries, fear disappointing others or repeatedly find yourself in familiar relationship dynamics that leave you feeling frustrated or disconnected.

Emotions are overwhelming...or strangely absent

Some days emotions arrive with an intensity that feels difficult to regulate. At other times, you feel disconnected, numb or unable to access what is happening inside you at all. Both can be expressions of how the nervous system has learned to protect you.

Living with ADHD or neurodivergence

You may have an ADHD diagnosis, suspect that you are neurodivergent or simply recognise lifelong patterns around attention, impulsivity, emotional regulation or overstimulation. Understanding how your nervous system works can create a more compassionate and practical way of working with these experiences.

Life has changed

A loss, becoming a parent, changing careers, moving countries, separation, illness or another major life transition has shifted something inside you. You may not feel "broken", but you no longer feel entirely like yourself either.

You simply want to understand yourself more deeply

Not everyone seeks support because of a crisis. Sometimes there is simply a growing curiosity about why life feels the way it does. And the sense that there could be greater ease, flexibility, connection and emotional freedom.

This is what I can do for you

Approaching yourself, behaviour, the relational realm with curiosity rather than judgement.

I can hold the space for you to explore, not explain. There is no expectation to know or tell your whole story. If the subconcious wants to, it will open up to what we'll have to offer.

Our work begins by meeting your nervous system where it is today and creating the conditions in which meaningful and sustainable change can gradually become possible.
