Approach
No method stands at the centre.
Your system does.
Human experience does not arise in a single area. It emerges in the continuous interplay of body, nervous system, relationships, meaning and environment. Working on behaviour, thoughts or emotions alone means working on parts – not on the system they come from.
This page is a quiet glimpse into the perspective from which I work. Take your time. It is written to be read like a short essay.
Core assumption
A different view of change.
Nothing in us exists on its own. What we think shifts what we feel. What we feel shifts how we meet others. Relationships shift the nervous system – and the nervous system shifts what we can think again.

Systems model
Everything influences everything – not hierarchically, but circularly.
A model, not a diagram. Seven layers of human experience, none above the others. Each one shapes the rest. What we call a "cause" is usually simply the point in the circle where we happen to be looking.
Experience
As a system
- 01
Environment
The frame in which you live: rooms, rhythms, work, safety, culture. Nothing takes shape in a vacuum.
- 02
Relationships
Attachment, closeness, belonging, conflict. Relationships regulate our system more powerfully than any technique.
- 03
Meaning
Values, sense, the stories we carry. What we hold as true shapes what we are able to feel.
- 04
Identity
Who we believe ourselves to be decides what is allowed to exist inside us at all.
- 05
Emotions
Feelings as movement – in the body, in relationships, in the meaning we give them.
- 06
Body
The body is not a container for a self. It is part of the self. Perception begins in the tissue.
- 07
Nervous system
The regulatory layer on which everything else rests: safety, contact, movement, rest.
Three underlying principles
Not techniques.
Principles from which everything follows.
These three principles lie beneath every single session. They are not a method to apply – they are the ground on which any real work becomes possible.
Safety
Change does not need more pressure – it needs more safety.
A nervous system that does not feel safe cannot learn anything new. Safety is not a mood; it is a biological precondition. Our work begins here: with the conditions under which your system is willing to move at all.
Resonance
Contact regulates more deeply than any technique.
We are biologically wired to regulate through one another. In the therapeutic relationship, a space opens in which old patterns are not only understood but experienced differently. That difference is what matters.
Integration
Understanding is a beginning – integration is the aim.
What is understood on one level has to become experienced on many: in the body, in thinking, in relationships, in ordinary days. Lasting change is rarely a single revelation. It is a quiet, gradual reorganisation.
Resonance model
Inside and outside are
not separate spaces.
What lives inside us arises in contact with what surrounds us. A word, a glance, a room, a memory – each outside creates an inside.
And our inside shapes, in turn, how we perceive the outside. This mutual movement is resonance. It is the ground on which therapeutic work can act at all.

Self
The quiet centre that emerges in contact with everything else.
Three degrees of freedom
Inner freedom grows in three movements.
They build on one another – and echo back. Without sensing, no understanding. Without understanding, no real choosing. Without choosing, no experience that refines the sensing again.
Sensing
What is actually alive in me right now.
Understanding
Why my system is responding the way it does.
Choosing
What I would like to do differently now.
Six dimensions
We do not look at symptoms in isolation – we understand the whole organism.
Six perspectives from which we look together at your experience. No level stands above another – and none is left out.
01
Nervous system
The biological ground on which everything else rests – understanding what safety concretely means for you.
02
Body
Bodily sensing as an organ of perception, not a machine. What your body knows before the mind responds.
03
Emotions
Feelings as information – not as symptoms to be regulated away.
04
Relationships
Safety arises in contact. We look at how relationships organise themselves inside your system.
05
Thinking
Cognition as one element among several – not the main regulator. Insight without a bodily field of resonance rarely carries far.
06
Life & meaning
Daily life, values, questions of meaning, environment: we include what is real for you – not only what is therapeutically tidy.
Process
How a collaboration begins.
01
First contact
You send a short note through the form. I reply personally, usually within two working days.
02
Introductory conversation
Twenty minutes online. We look at what is on your mind – and whether my way of working feels right for you. Without obligation.
03
Orientation
Together we decide which format makes sense: single sessions, an intensive, or another form of accompaniment.
04
Working together
We work continuously. You set the pace and the depth – carried by my support and by what your system needs.
