About Julia

The work I offer is grounded in both science and lived experience.

People rarely seek support because they lack insight. More often, they have spent years trying to understand themselves while still feeling caught in the same emotional patterns. My role is not to tell you who you are. It is to help you understand how your nervous system, relationships, life experiences and biology have shaped the way you experience yourself and the world – and how those patterns can begin to change.

An honest account of why I work the way I do – and what makes it different.

Stance

„I do not believe that people are broken. I believe that every nervous system adapts intelligently to the experiences it has lived through.

My work is not a repair. It is a quiet renegotiation with the patterns that once kept you safe, so that they no longer have to define your future."

Personal

My path to this work

For many years I lived with severe depression, chronic insomnia, emotional dysregulation, trauma-related symptoms and profound grief. Like many people I meet today, I searched for answers in different places. What truly changed my life was discovering how closely emotional wellbeing, relationships, the brain and the nervous system are connected. That experience transformed not only my own life, but also the way I work with others.

Path

From personal experience to professional depth.

Not a career in the usual sense. A movement: from the search for answers to the ability to accompany others on their own.

From early attachment ruptures and transgenerational trauma to depression, eating, anxiety and sleep difficulties in childhood, and later panic attacks in professional life.

  2. 2014

    A turning point

After twelve years of talking about it, the beginning of an honest search for what actually helps – and into the current research on the body, trauma and attachment.

I remain committed to ongoing learning because our understanding of the human mind and nervous system continues to evolve.

Ethics

What matters
to me.

The relationship we build is one of the most important parts of the process. I value honesty, curiosity and collaboration far more than fixed answers. You won't find judgement here. Nor will you find empty reassurance. Instead, I offer thoughtful questions, careful observation and a space where every part of your experience is welcome. Real change rarely happens through pressure. It happens when people feel sufficiently safe to explore themselves differently.

My approach

Looking at the whole person, not just the symptom.

I don't believe people are broken. I believe every nervous system adapts intelligently to the experiences it has lived through. Symptoms often make sense once we understand the story behind them.

Rather than focusing on diagnosis alone, I look at the interaction between biology, attachment, emotions, behaviour and relationships. Together we build a deeper understanding of your patterns while developing practical ways to create meaningful and sustainable change.

My aim is not to offer quick solutions. It is to help you experience greater flexibility, resilience and freedom in everyday life.

I work with adults from many different backgrounds. Some come because they are experiencing anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma or ADHD. Others seek support during periods of transition, relationship difficulties or persistent inner conflict. Many are high-functioning professionals who have learned to perform exceptionally well while quietly carrying chronic stress beneath the surface. Whatever brings you here, my aim is always the same: to understand the whole person rather than simply treating the symptoms.

A quiet next step

Meaningful change begins with understanding.

Healing is rarely about becoming someone else. More often, it is about discovering that the protective patterns which once helped you survive no longer have to define your future. That process begins with curiosity, compassion and a nervous system that gradually learns it is safe enough to change.
